Brokerage relationships
In the jurisdictions in which we operate, real estate brokers are required to disclose the nature of the brokerage relationship they offer. Royal Oak Realty represents the interests of its client under a written agreement. The specific relationship, and any consent to represent more than one party in a transaction, is established in writing before we act.
Required disclosures
Where a jurisdiction requires a specific disclosure form to be provided to consumers — such as an agency or brokerage-relationship disclosure — we provide that form at the point required by the applicable rules. Copies are available on request.
